We booked a suite that was both spacious and modern, adhering to European standards. The housekeeping services maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout our visit. The location is a notable asset, as it provides easy access to local attractions. The staff were efficient and attentive, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and accommodating our requests for an early check-out lunch box, which turned out to be exceptionally good. The breakfast experience fell short of expectations, lacking variety. Nevertheless, the bar downstairs offered a delightful selection of teas, enhancing the overall experience. With amenities like 24-hour reception and air conditioning, this hotel combines luxury with practical value, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking quality accommodations in Kazakhstan.
